Street Photography

My enjoyment of Street Photography and Urban Photography began totally by accident.  It was a cold, sleety day in March 2014.   I was sitting in a window seat at the Starbucks on L Street NW, near the Farragut North Metro Station, Washington, DC.  As I sat there, sipped tea and read, I decided to pull out my camera and take some pictures of the people passing by.  You can see these pictures, along with others in my ongoing project, Spying from Starbucks…or Coffee Shop Candids.
After this, much of our travel was to various cities around the country and the world, where I continued to work on my Street and Urban Photography.  Today, it has become my favorite form of photography.  I hope you enjoy looking at these pictures as much as I enjoyed taking them.
